St Lazare,#2Consumer Suggestion

I have a suggestion... try logging on not to UPS but to the US Postal Service website and then plug in your tracking number. This happened to me with another mail order supplier; I thought it was UPS but it was actually the US Postal Service.
Here is the web link to US Postal Service tracking: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
Good luck!

The customer above had incorrect contact information and the phone # provided was incorrect. We did respond via email on Feb 5th advising that the tracking # provided was for US Postal Service and would transfer to Canada Post once the items reached the border. He was also advised that it can take up to 10 business days for the product to arrive being that it's shipping from McDonough GA to Ontario in Canada. He sent me an email just this morning Feb 15th advising he received his shipment yesterday February 14th 2011 and the tracking # proves this.
We make every attempt to satisfy our customers and I'm sorry that this customer was left feeling helpless, that certainly was not our intention. We make every effort to upkeep our A+ rating with the BBB of Atlanta GA and hope that this issue is now resolved to our customers satisfaction.
