I ordered a shell chandelier from this company in January. In February the item still hadn't shipped so I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail with no response. I filed a claim with my credit card company to try and reverse the charges because I thought it was fraud.
They finally contacted me and said they would send the chandelier and they did. It arrived damaged so I asked to send it back. They agreed but when they realized I had filed a dispute they got very nasty with me and asked me to reverse it. I reversed the claim through paypal for them but they never issued a refund (but it has taken a few months for paypal and discover card to review the dispute). The lady (Kathy) called me a liar and told me she was blocking me from her e-mail contacts.
I am out $251 for a chandelier I don't have. They will not respond to texts or e-mails (I assume because she blocked my contact info). I suppose I am stuck with the charges since I closed my case. I just don't want other people to make the same mistake with this company.

My credit card company did not allow the charge to be filed since I provided proof of return to the company. I have been refunded.
