in my last correspondence to them, here is what I said:
'Rita, if anyone was rude, it was you. It was appalling that you would hang up on me as you did, when I was being quite calm in face of your aggressive comments, yet I was the one seeking help. Is this how you treat your customers?'
I had called Naturodoc to say the following:
I wanted to discuss why the Celadrin product BY-764-0 contained soy oil that is not mentioned in the ingredients
I asked for other options, instead of keeping it. She said to give it away, since i 'only paid for shipping.'
she was angry that i would call to 'complain' about this, and told me I was the rude person for doing so.
She said it was 'too bad', and said 'goodbye' while hanging up on me.
It is an important detail to people obtaining nutritional supplements, that what they see in the description, is what is truly on the label.
They could have handled this so much differently than being aggressive, defensive and rude.
How would you like to deal with this naturodoc company, stepping out of line in their eyes, and getting the phone line cut in mid conversation.
they should view this from my perspective, or asked for some time to look into the matter, before becoming irrational.
Be cautious in dealing with naturodoc in obtaining information about, and orders of nutritional or health supplements.
