I have been a customer of this company for over 4 years. Their customer service is great and handled personally by that one of two managers , neither of whom have that name. It is a shame to read these flame complaints and I suspect they are put in by Trolls who are competitors.

This was filed way back in 2010, for heavens sake!
The customer sustained no harm. If she wanted to go elsewhere and get a lower price, she was free to do that, like any consumer is.
As I recall, she was unreasonable, and every merchant has these types turn up from time to time. More now than ever, in fact. The only thing one can do is get them off the phone as quickly and gently as possible. We were not rude, unprofessiona, or crass, however. SHE was.

This is not a credible customer. She bought the product with her eyes open, and then asked if she could return it once it arrived and she saw the supplier's name on the bottle. Our response was reasonable, courteous, and fair:
"Our return policy is posted on our website: We accept returns of unopened merchandise with an 8% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping charge. Refunds will be posted to your credit card of record. Sorry it didn't work out. Best wishes, RG"
If she grieves to her credit card company, any merchant processor will adjudicate this particular case in favor of the vendor. We have done nothing wrong.
