I was continously praised for my great operations until the president of the company found out I was having a civil union with a member of the same sex. From the time I returned until present he has non stop told me how horrible my operations where, how the buyer was doing a horrible job and our cost on fixing cars was through the roof. I provided proof through our pc operating system that he was wrong and he instructed me that I was clueless and did not know how to do my job. I showed him mulitple times how the operations had improved with proof via multiple reports and he stated that was wrong. I informed him we were not following GA Law of transferring titles within 30 days and he told me it was not a big deal. Our collection manager has hired a team of unexperienced collectors that consistently tell customers they are horrible and the reason a company can not stay open and they will be repoed. Whether a day late or 60 days the treatment is the same. When I tried to get this activity to stop I was reprimanded for having a bad attitude. When we lowered the average purchase price of vehicles and recon to that lower than our other store in Indiana I was demoted and told my operation where not good enough. I was told I was not that important of a person and again printed proof showing we have outsold all other stores, higher profit I was told I was argumentative. This company is full of crooks. When collectors complained to me about sexual harrassment and nude pictures on the Collection Managers computer I tried to help them and file a report and was told oh well. The president of the company sat in my office with his friend the collection manager, he told me I was stupid and clueless and didn't know what I was doing, he went to my employees and told them the same thing. I was demoted with no good reason. The president has caused the company to be sued by former employees for sexual harrasment, racial profiling and discrimnation to previous collection managers. I have had to have dinner with him where he rudly hit on the server and talked in extreme vulgarity about females. When I complain to our HR Director I was told "he treats everybody that way so there is nothing you can do". I have worked very hard for the sake of my employees but have been cussed out, put down and insulted. I have been demoted for no reason when I have proof of how good the operations are. Numbers don't lie but this man argues with the computer. Worse of all, all of the wonderful customers I have tried to help along the way are now in a horrible situation with a company of evil people. I wish I could take back every loan we approved and sold. I am choosing to walk away but everyone needs to know to stay away from this company. They do not care about their employees or their customers. I am living proof along with many many others. I have never been so degraded by anyone in my life. To be called stupid for trying to get a customer a tag or to be called clueless trying to protect a customer from being illegally harrassed is a shame to the car industry. To be singled out and over night go from being the best to the worst simply because of being gay is an outrage!!!!.... Be very careful with all of your personal information as well as I can prove that one of the main collectors has FORGERY FELONY CHARGES that HR couldn't seem to find on the background yet I found in 5 minutes through public information.

I think that the original report is an accurate portrayal of the company. I witnessed (in the Indianapolis office) forgery and many other illegal practices. An example of a forged document was power of attorneys that had either expired or lost, yes lost, and a new one was "made up". The office laughed about "copying and pasting" and often laughed about going to "club fed". I witnessed first hand how the president of the company discriminated against many people for many reasons. The whole company is corrupt. If you see a sign for Navigator Dealer Group, turn the other way, you will regret purchasing a vehicle from them. Bravo to the author of the original report!! Oh, and I witnessed customers being told that their payments were being reported to all three credit bureaus. NOT TRUE! They only report to 2 and if you qualified for the "express" program, your payments are NOT getting reported AT ALL!! I could go on and on and on!!

..Joe and myself do not usually see eye to eye...
..but I can state this from FIRST hand experience. If I was gay, transvestite, woman or non white, I believe my chances of getting a job (at least in LA) would be greatly increased.
As a matter of fact...when I was unemployed I looked in the local LA employment publication that is on every street corner. It is an awfully thin publication..mostly just ads for schools.
But there were two whole real ads for jobs..LAPD. Problem is..one ad stated only Mexicans apply, the other ad stated only transvestites apply. There is little chance I can pass as Mexican..so my other options were to remain unemployed, leave LA, or grow breasts and put on a skirt and some makeup, or start my own business(s). I chose the latter.
Why could I not apply for this job with EQUAL opportunity based on qualifications/experience/education/desire etc??? Unless the criminals will only deal with Mexicans and transvestites? I would figure the criminals would not not to be confronted by law enforcement regardless of age/ race/ sex/sexual preference/ boob jobs and p***s removals.

Everybody has an excuse for being incompetent. If it's not because I'm black it's because I'm gay, if it's not becuase I'm gay it's because I'm a women and on and on and on. The poor straight white guy doesn't stand a chance

Sorry it was so hard to read. According to what I understood I was supposed to keep the sentences short and spaces between paragraphs. It is hard to understand. I was discriminated against for being gay which I can accept. The CEO is a very evil man.
My point is for CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will not process your tag in accordance to GA LAW. If you become a day late they will begin to threaten you and all of your refrences.
Unfortunatly our government does not protect the rights of those that are gay so there is nothing I can do. I was a highly respected employee until my sexuality was known. I have friends in the collection department that are trying to seek help because of the sexual harrasment in the collection center (I worked at the actual car dealership not the collection center)
Whether looking for a job or a car...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!! There are companies that will help you if you have bad credit and treat you with respect. At this company you are not allowed to do the right thing.

ALL I COULD UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS IS THAT SOME EMPLOYER DISCRIMINATED AGAINST YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE GAY AND THAT IS ILLEGAL.
AND YOU SHOULD SEE AN EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY AND FILE A GRIEVANCE WITH THE EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION. THE CONTACT INFORMATION IS ON THE INTERNET OR IN THE PHONE BOOK.
