Been a member for over 18 yrs., with my direct deposit from two employers going into NFCU for over 11 yrs.  Fell behind in my credit card payment 5 days!!!, called and authorized NFCU to take out past due payment and current payment from checking acct next pay period.  Have received 3-4 automated calls per day on cell phone, then get a joke of a collections rep call and ask about making payment arrangements on credit card account, kindly informed rep to look at the notes on his computer screen to see I already made payment arrangements.  Then to top if off, NFCU froze my checking acct, unable to withdraw funds or use debit for POS transactions until payment is deducted from my acct on pay date!  NEVER BEEN LATE WITH C.C PAYMENT IN PAST, collections reps are A-holes and offer no help but try to justify bad policies.  When its all said and done was  late only 13 days, yet NFCU treated me as If  I was late 130 days!?

 

Good bye NFCU, submitted paperwork w/my employer to have my funds sent to another bank, will close this acct with NFCU and never deal with again!!!
