NBLA National Better Living Associates Misrepresentation at it's worst!!! Saleswoman LIED! Agent LIED! Every clain denied as pre-existing. Duluth, Georgia
NBLA was represented by Sheila, their sales woman. She lied on all counts except the price.
The agent confirmed her claims. The first appointment I had was denied as pre-existing...had never seen the doctor before or been treated for the problem...ever. Blood work denied, x-ray denied...they paid nothing. I had to have the doctor sign a form that he had never treated me before...then they denied it again as pre-existing...for absolutely no reason. Sent the doctor's form again and they just sat on it...did nothing till I called and asked what was going on. Their answer to that was they didn't know it was there. I complained on all of this and was told to go get new insurance and good luck with that. I am furious!
