NC Alternitive., Wynn's Company NC Alternatives Wynn's Company Sold me a car, with a fraudulent title. Livonia Michigan
My car was stolen, I had to get another on as soon as possible. I found a car, checked it out on carfax.
Checked out good, I bought the car.
About a month later I started having problems.
I rolled the window down, it would not roll back up.
When I stopped to see what was wrong with the window.
I discovered the door was rubbing, making it hard to open.
I went back on carfax to make sure I had looked at the right car. sometime after I had checked the first time.
It was added to the report the the car had been wrecked.
It was totaled out by the insurance.
I then tried to call the car lot, only to find out they had went out of business. I was told by a lawyer that it should have had a branded title.So the sale to me was fraudulent.
Oh and now the car is almost impossible to hold in the road. I tried to hire a lawyer, he was willing to take the case, but had to have $ 1,500 to start. I can not afford that.
I just can't see this company (Wynn's) doing this to someone else.
