The NC AG recently sued this company and won. There is currently a temporary restraining order in place. The AG is also seeking a court order ordering the company to provide refunds to consumers and civil penalties to the state. sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
