I ordered a pair of reproduction gun grips that arrived damaged with many flaws. After I recieved the order late Friday and sending an e-mail stating the problem I tried calling the next Monday to inquire about a solution. On that Monday the phone system seemed to be turned off with no answer whatsoever. The day after, on Tuesday, I called and got a recorded message that advised "The website was open for orders and was thanked and hung up on. Perviously, before ordering, my phone call was answered. I have come to the realization that I am just stuck with the damaged product.
