NCE NCE MUTIPLAN PPO they told me they were an insurance company, won't answer calls,took my money, garden city New York
I got a text message from this number 82695 (thats all the digits my phone received But when I dialed back the number registered 888-886-1796).They left a message saying deadline for insurance for healthcare so i called they told me NCE was cheapest. I had no insurance and needed it i worked through a temp agency and they don't have insurance. All this took place over the phone.
the man i talked to explain the policy. they said they would sent me a copy of all the documents thru my email. well the next day i checked my email...it turns out they aren't a major medical insurance company everything he said about the company was a lie. I tried calling and left messages they won't call back. They kept me on hold til my minutes ran out.
They took $346.50 from my visa paycard. they said 176.50 was first payment and and the rest was for signing up. He told me all of it would be refunded if i choose to cancel within 30 days. They lied to me. I have to call and cancel my card thanks to them...they stole my money.
