NCIC Operator Services Longview TX Network Communications International Corp. Charged nearly $100 for two 3-minute (or shorter) phone calls Longview Texas
I was locked out of my house at night and had no option but to charge two short phone calls (each under 3 minutes, approx.) to my credit card at the nearest pay phone. I was told calls would be $1.15 per minute -- which is somewhat high, but I had to do what I had to do.
I checked my bank account online today to see charges that amount to $94. Needless to say, I'm shocked and furious. After some research, I've found that other people have had this problem with NCIC also - yet their charges weren't even as high as the ones on my bill.
I feel mislead about the charges and I want my money back. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau otherwise.
