NCO Financial Systems fraudulent billing Horsham Pennsylvania
I recently received a letter from NCO about me owing them $797.54 for Sprint PCS (creditor). They also said if I do not notify within 30 days then the debt is valid.
I am in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany so I do not have access to 800 numbers but I was able to contact Sprint to ask them what was going on.
I did have a contract with Sprint but I asked to have my account frozen for one year under military reasons. It was confirmed to me that my account was in fact frozen and my balance was at -$.55 meaning Sprint owed ME money.
I was worried about this until now. I see that there are others who were victims of this crap. Thanks.
