NCO Financial Systems Ripoff Trying to rip me off Horsham Pennsylvania
I also recieved a statement on Wed Aug 3, 2005 from NC0 Financial Systems Inc, which was dated Jul 24 2005 which is a Sunday when their offices which they so noted on my billing are open 8am-9pm Mon thru Thurs, 8am-5pm Friday, 8am-12pm saturday.
My billing stated that they had purchased my account from Chase Providian which I never had an account with and they also stated that I owed them in the amount of $3911.10.
I finally got through to them by calling after several trys and waiting on the line their toll free number which is 1-800-383-4761, and my call was answered by a black woman which failed to give me her name.
We didn't talk very long, only I was able to find out that this bill supposively was from 1993 which she asked me if I filed bankruptcy. I told her 13 years ago or it might have been 12 anyway she said that they would contact me by mail and hung up that was after I told her something sounded awfully awkward about the whole thing.
They also have different PO Box addresses on the statement and also a invalid phone number which is 888-550-4528, I have tried to contact them again and have not been able to get through.
I had a bad feeling about this whole thing because no collecion agency would wait 13 years to contact anyone on a debt and also if they had done their homework they would have known I had filed bankruptcy and had to wait 7 to 10 years to build my credit backup also couldn't obtain a credit card in the State of California.
I feel that people should be heard on this matter and informed about this company especially the elderly and those in debt.
