NCOA - Wirefly What a Joke this Coverage Was! Boca Raton Florida
Short and sweet. Purchased my cell through wirefly and opted for the NCOA cell coverage. Little information was offered on the limitations of the coverage. It was only after the phone fell out of my pocket when getting into an automobile at night and i couldnt find it because the phone was dead and unable to be rung.
I returned very early on to try and find it but to no avail. After contacting this miserable company i was informed that i left the phone unattended and they would not cover my loss!
After expressing my frustration with these people they proceeded to engage me by antagonizing me with this email response:
"I am sorry but your request cannot be processed and your account was cancelled during your last RFS. Thank you!
Good luck finding coverage for your $390.00 phone.

Bit of advice stay away from wirefly unless your ok with being unable to insure your phone because this garbage NCOA is a joke.
