ncwc we cover turbos-they dont. They want to put after market parts that dont fit. allenhurst New Jersey
To begine with I am very skeptical of automotive protection companies. But, I figured I would give it a chance due to my car having turbos and the expense that is involved in replacing them. The salesman told me we replace turbos as long as they are original which mine are, we cover a/c and transmission. So I gave it a whirll. The first problem was an axell that went and they only coverd the after market piece price of $600 when the oem was $1150. I have nothing against after market execpt it was not going to fit. The labor was $140 per hour and they covered only $100. So they came with $1000 on a $1500 job. I was not happy with my first experience with them. Then my turbo goes down and they do not cover it because they diagnose it is a turbo shaft leak, which they do not cover. The dealership mananger explained that 90% of turbo failures are typically this sort. They did not cover 1 cent. I was able to cancel the policy and they refunded my $ minus the $1000 and about $400 of miliage coverage. They are a sham,scam and a bunch of Racketeers!
