Near Northwest Neighborhood Network, Eliud Medina Executive Director Non Profit 401K fraud and government contract fraud, Housinng & Job Fair Fraud Chicago Illinois
I worked with this organization for about 4 years and when I was promoted as an Office Manager, I started noticing that alot of the things didn't seemed right.
The organization, at one point, had offered all it's employees to open a 401k / retirement plan with Primerica. This option was volutary, but the offer sounded good cause if you opened an account the organization (NNNN) was to deposit 2% of what you (the employee) was depositing in the account / or shares.
The thing is that once the organization started having monetary problems, they had stop depositing the money for the 401k accounts (that was taken out of our payroll checks, but was never deposit in the Primerica 401k accounts).
I confront Mr. Medina (Executive Director of the Near Northwest Neighborhood Network), but he always promised to pay us (all employees that were ripped off of our 401k plans), but he never did. This was back in 2005.
Every now and then I send Mr. Medina emails in regards the money he owes me, but now he just ignores my emails. I don't know what to do. Years keep passing by and I guess I lost about $1,500.
I ended up taking whatever I had in my 401k plan, cause they charge a $20 fee every year and since there werent any deposits, I didnt want to loose it all.
Beware of employers offering benefits in were they will deduct a certain amount of money out of your check, cause you never know if they pay or depsoit what they claim will do.
Eliud, this is a message to you, When am I getting the money that was suppose to be deposited in my 401k plan + the 2% the organization suppose to add to what I was already contributing. What you did to me and to the rest of the staff is fraud. You were suppose to be a person that worked for the community, but this is all a lie.
