Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Please beware of these people!!!! My husband and I got ripped off royally by these people. Chances are if you are responding to their ad you are in somewhat of a desperate need to rent a house or apartment. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THE ANSWER!!!!

Some months ago, I came across their $299 moves you in ad on Craigslist and called, when I finally did reach someone the business name they associated with was neighborhood silver..

Beware of Tra (pronounced Trey) Nelson and his "wife" Valerie. She's in Atlanta, he's in New York??? Yea right. They basically get you to send them $199 or $299 (depending on what amount they are "charging" at the moment) so they can "process" your "loan application" to "get you approved" for first and last month's rent and security deposit (if renting) and down payment (if you're buying a home). This is supposed to be a "second chance" program for those with credit or rental history challenges. He was vague about the terms and "process" of the program initially saying that he could get us "approved" for up to $6,000/couple and $3,000/single. He said it was government backed funds though the Department of Education. Come to find out, YOU are basically paying HIM/THEM to apply for a student loan for YOU!! The government backed funding through the Dept. of Ed?

Justification: when you apply for financial aid and student loans, part of the aid and loans can be applied to housing costs as a student.

Okay..but why am I paying someone $199 and $299 to do something I can do for myself???

The art of deception....you are told they work with several lenders that will get you "approved for this loan" and the impression is that these are lenders that work specifically with people who have bad credit and you wouldn't otherwise have access to yourself.

We had been saving money to move and had $1000. Giving them $300 and being ripped off was a hard blow and caused us a MAJOR setback. We are homeless with six children staying with a relative on VERY borrowed time. We had just took a chance on faith that this would be a "program" that would help us get on our feet. Shame on all who is involved in this scam. To take advantage of struggling families is truly heartless and lower than lowdown.

Please don't fall victim to these snakes in the grass!!! So not worth the hard lesson that follows if you do.Please beware of these people!!!! My husband and I got ripped off royally by these people.
