Nelson & Kennard in Sacramento, California had me served for someone else at my office. They filed some bogus paperwork over a year ago in a local court and the guy they had come in and serve me didn't even have my name correct and called me someone else, I had two witnesses that I told him that person was not here and won't be here. He only made 2 attempts (supposed to be 3) and then threw the papers on the front desk and said served. I said how can you serve me when I don't even know what you are talking about? He left. This is how they serve someone, they have someone not even associated with the case served in hopes they respond. I don't know. That is not professional. What is sad is these attorneys are going to go to court and say this person was served and that person doesn't even know about the situation. The courts will probably go with them since they are an "Attorney". Maybe someone should check their license status?
