I'm sorry there are negative reviews of this business. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received, and I would recommend them to friends in a heartbeat.
I ordered a flexible partial denture to replace 2 teeth that have been missing from my smile for over 3 years. I've hated to smile during this time and went from someone with great confidence to someone who barely wants to leave the house.
I couldn't afford any options provided by dentists and orthodontists. Even those that were sympathetic to my situation were still too expensive. $1500 plus in most cases for even the most basic of solutions. Neon Brite offered a solution that was about a third of that cost.
The owner communicated via email throughout the entire process. He was polite, explained every process and step, and he answered questions I had both before I paid for the device and after I'd already received it. Customer service from before receiving my money to after he had no prospect of receiving more. That's great service, in my book. Plus, everything happened as he said it would. From shipping of supplies to me, back to him, and then to receiving the final product - it's all been exactly as the website stated it would be.
I'm really grateful for his services and products and would recommend him without hesitation.

I just want to say how unfortunate it is that this company is getting negative reviews which could possibly turn away people like myself that really cannot afford such appliances. Neonbrite is the last company you should be worried about ripping you off. I ordered appliances from this company twice and so far, I have been extremely satisfied. I am greatful for Rob. Truly I am.
I do not work for this company or endorse any of the products. I am an honest consumer wanting to spread the word for other people in my situation who may be skepital to use these services because of negative reviews. Please save money while getting a great product that would otherwise cost you twice as much as Neonbrite charges.

My name is Travis and until today I was missing one of my front teeth. It made me feel very self conscious and for the past 6 months I had not replaced my tooth at the dentist due to the high cost. When I looked at the online sites offering mail order dentistry some seemed less than promising. Initially i steered away from Neonbrite due to the 3 reviews on this site from people who obviously had a bad experience. After searching a bit more and seeing you tube video's of people using thier ppliances from neonbrite i decided to give it a chance. Because payment can be made through paypal the transactions are guarenteed.
About a week after placing my order i received my trays for impressions. I mixed the base and epoxy as shown in an online video and was easily able to take my own impressions with no more discomfort than having it done at a dentist office.
I sent back the finished impressions in the provided box and today 12/6/2013 i received a wonderful fitting partial denture that makes my mouth look and feel great.
I cannot thank Rob enough for giving me my smile back.
will use again if the need should occur.

It's very interesting that the response from this "Rob " person is an attempt at soliciting more funds out of someone who has already lost money from his scam. This man promised me a refund after returning his product, which I did. I still have not gotten my refund. All he keeps asking for is more money. I have all of the emails saved when he told me that my money would be returned. People should think long and hard before dealing with this www.neonbrite . I have been searching and I am not the only person who has a complaint about this website. Not only is the customer service deplorable, the owner is a liar and is downright rude.

because we do offer a product that will help shift teeth (slightly) and it's not the Essix Retainer. Our Retainers do exactly as they imply, they retain your current tooth position, therefore, whatever position your teeth are in when you place them into the 'Impression Material'...is the position the retainer will be made.
If you're looking for movement, may I suggest you look at our aligners: http://www.dental-lab-direct.com/Invisible_Braces.php
E-mail me for more information.
I'm fairly certain the Aligner will improve your situation, but we won't know until we have a model of your teeth to examine...the cost of the 'Impression Kit' is included in the price of the product.
We have an option on our storefront for an EXM, which is $80, where we send you the 'Impression Kit' and when we receive your impressions will tell you if you are a candidate for the aligner and how many trays (if more than one is needed) it will take for alignment.
NOTE: If you ARE a candidate for the aligner, $60 of the $80 will be applied to your first aligner, or for whichever product is called...
If you're not a candidate, we will make suggestions on the best way in which to align them and at the best cost. We can work with your dentist to achieve your desired alignment.
To begin, go to:
http://neonbrite.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=NB&Product_Code=EXM&Category_Code=
Order the EXM, and I'll get an 'Impression Kit' right out to you...but, our retainers do exactly what they imply, they will retain your current tooth position...either Clear or Wire (unless it's a gap, which would call for a gap closing wire retainer)
