After over a month of going through needless hell with this company, I finally received the refund that I had requested last week. It's good that they chose to give me the refund. But I will never again deal with this company again.

Today I received an email from Netdropshipper today. In it they said that I need to allow 2-3 days for my credit card to receive the full amount that I paid to Netdropshipper. Does that mean I need to wait 2-3 days for them to finally decide to reissue the credit back to my card? Or do I need to wait 2-3 days for the creditted amount to appear on my credit card? Hopefully, it's the latter. I've waited long enough. Hopefully this company will try to redeem itself and follow through with reissuing the amount back to my card like they said they would.

Today I received 2 unexpected emails from Netdropshipper. The first one tells me that they regret to inform me that the order (playstation 2 old school bundle) that I had been trying to get a refund for was cancelled because it's out of stock. As if I didn't figure that out myself. Then they have the nerve to add, "(NOTE: Your credit card was not charged since your orders were never shipped.)" BS!!!! I know for a fact, that they charged my credit card on Oct. 20. Then I receive a 2nd email stating that I can go ahead and log into my account at their site and use the credited amount for other items. Yeah right. I don't think so. I emailed them back saying that I want my credit card, not my online account, credited for that amount because the item I wanted is out of stock. There is no need for them to keep my money. The ball's once again in their court...

The first email I received at 7:32 pm tonight stated that the "item has been packed and labeled". Then they go on to explain that according Fed Ex, the item will get shipped on Monday. That can't be true. I have a Fed Ex account also and I know for a fact that if Fed Ex had been given or had picked up the package, it would state on their site that the package had been sent to a Fed Ex facility. Then I get a second email from them that states the fed ex tracking #. However, it just so happens they gave me the same exact original tracking #. No changes had been made.
