Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I placed an order on 12/11/2005 for an eBay customer, and the website promised shipment within 2 business days. After 3 business days and no shipment, I attempted to call them numerous times but no one was available. I then tried to use their "live customer service", but it took several days of checking before it was finally "online". When I spoke with Gabriel, he said it would ship within 2 business days, and cited Christmas delays.

After 17 days of waiting and profusely apologizing to my eBay customer, the product finally shipped. I had ordered a set of 4 graphite-shaft golf clubs.

When my customer received the shipment, it turned out to be a single steel-shaft golf club. It wasn't even the merchandise I had ordered originally... now over 20 days ago. My eBay customer was furious, and accused me of all kinds of horrible things and filed a complaint with Paypal.

As I wanted to be fair, I refunded my customer's money and trusted NetDropShipper to refund mine. I sent at least 5 emails to every NetDropShipper email address I could find trying to get a full refund, and specifically asked them NOT to give me an in-store credit. About a week later, I received an email that they had given me an in-store credit.

I sent another email barrage demanding a full refund or I'd contact my lawyer. After another week of waiting, they refunded most of the money. I'm still fighting for the last couple dollars.

I trusted their website claims, and was sorely disappointed. I destroyed a relationship with my customer, lost money due to eBay and Paypal fees, and was treated very rudely. I've never dealt with such an awful company, and I would encourage EVERYONE to STAY AWAY!!!

I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and would encourage everyone else to as well. Their URL is www.labbb.org. Let's shut these people down.

I know how angered you must be. They ruined me. You probably talking about the taylormade graphite clubs. I had 22 sales of these clubs. After they answerered my e-mails. Tell me it comes with what it says. I kept , e-mailing them stating I could probably sell about 50 of them , would that be a problem. You sell we will fill the order's. So we bought some using a credit card. When we noticed that the credit card payments were refunded. No one would answer my e-mails. So I had to contact a few different golf companies. All of them , told me there ad was false. You cant get all those clubs for less than 500. So I had to contact all of my customers , and tell them . it only comes with one clubs. They were ready to hang me. Once you factor in all the ebay , and PayPal fees. It cost me quite a bit of money. Not to mention all, the negatives I would receive. It really ruined me. All of my positive feedback went down the drain. And after about two weeks to e-mailing them. I told them to change their ad , because I noticed other sellers on eBay selling them. I even e-mail them to let them know. All I can say please investigate it could be one of you next. I hope not.
