Netflix Double Billed Multiple times , Internet
I joined Netflix in Febuary 2012, Today is September 21, 2012. I use Neflix on Demand from my TV set. I was to be Billed 7.99 per month for unlimited use.....Today my Credit card statement came in and I noticed I was double Billed. I call Netflix who informed me that they had been double Billing me since March. That they had two accounts set up for me...One of the accounts showed ZERO activity.....Clearly someone on the Netflix side keyed in the wrong info...OK, Mistakes happen, I said please credit me back. End of stort Right....
No...Netflix tells me that they can only credit back 2 months....I said unacceptable....Why should I have to pay twice for 8 months,....and you will only credit back 2 months.....Of course I imediately canceled my account....I just spent the last two hours on the Phone...My credit Card company Bank of America Visa also told me that they can not dispute the charge.....So I have to take it up my can from both companies that made mone off me...BTW, my credit is perfect, always pay on time.....My mistake was not noticing the Double Billing since March on my statement...So Netflix gets to keep the Money & Bank of America also does not want to back me in the charges.
Total nonscense....So I hope somehow, someway this gets into the hands of both companies Senior Management .....I hope someone reading this Sounds off to the right people....It's not a lot of money, it's more the principle and what is soooooooo wrong with America these day...Screw the hard working people and take, steal, give, corrupt instead. I was so Made I told both companies to F off...not proud of that but my blood boiled this morning. Lance J
