I was offered a premium of a Gameboy DS to join Netflix. This was on 11/13/04 and was told at the time that it would be six to eight weeks before I could expect to receive it.

About the third week of January I called and was told that they would check into it.

Since that time I have called about once a week and all I am told is that they are checking into it. On one occation they didn't know what I was talking about Today, 5/21/05, I got through to a secretary in the Westcoast Management Office, left my name and phone number. She said that she would try to get someone to get back to me.
