Netflix Visa/Mastercard Agreement violations Internet
NETFLIX is violating their Visa/Mastercard International Agreement by charging for rentals before:
1) They are shipped
2) The service has officially started
This could put your account into overdraft status when they bill your account, even before their free trail of two weeks!
NETFLIX claims pre-charging is in their TOS. Their TOS is null and void due to their Visa/Mastercard Merchant Agreement violation.
We didn't cancel them because of this, either. We actually found out this situation later. We fired them because the DVD took four business days to get here and it had a quark in the middle of the DVD that took away the plot of the movie!
Bad news. Stay with the locals.
