Try mailing movies back on a thursday (Post office isn't overwhelmed with everyone trying to get the new releases returned) I worked there, trust me. Also, the same equipment used to get these dvd mailers out to the correct zip code tends to damage these discs. The company is aware of the problem and new upgrades to the mail sorter was in the making before they fired me. I got my movies for two years. I recieved 1 crack the whole time I worked there. I think you just got an unlucky batch. Sorry about your experience, complaints like yours are what I was trying to prevent while working there.
