Netskool.com is and internet based homework help site. I needed help with a college level accounting class. I posted 2 different questions on the site and paid in total $78.00 for them via paypal. The solutions I recieved were complete wrong answers. Which actually confused me more to have to set down again and rework the problem over and over.

Netskool promises on their website that what makes them different from other homework help sites is that they offer 100% guarantee to refund your money for incorrect solutions or wrong answers.

When I recieved the corrected solution from my professor I posted it on the site to prove that the solution provided to me was in fact an incorrect solution.

I e-mailed the company 3-4 times explaning that I had recieved and incorrect solution and I would like a refund of my money as promised, no reply.

I then called the phone number provided to me off the website to reach customer support. The call goes directly into a voice mail system saying that mailbox is full and no messages can be left.

My final attempt to reach someone was via the fax number provided to me on the site. I sent a letter informing them that I recieved an incorrect solution and I would like a refund of my money.

Surprise,suprise, no answer!!

I am not a cheap person, I pay for what I feel I owe, and I do not feel I should have to pay for something that is fradulent to rips off your money. I don't see that netskool.com is going to give me a refund of my money which I would like but I hope by posting this I can keep others from using the site and being ripped off themself.

We get work done by screened contractors, but someone there is quality issues with them. We have provided Sara with a full refund and we also fired the contractor who worked on her order. Hope she is satisfied with this.
