Netspend has fee plans for the non-Fee Advantage customers(which I am one of) which is clearly posted on their website under the "Fee Plans" link... and in the paperwork they send you... and in your transaction history...
Signature Purchase Transactions
$1.00
PIN Purchase Transactions
$2.00
Online purchases - most of the time - are counted as the latter of the two. Maybe you should look a bit closer next time.

I have a NetSpend account. The way they make there money is 2 fold. first by charging you everytime you load your card with more money a fee of (mostly) $3.95 per reload. Second way they make there money is( and this leads to why you are missing $10.00), they have 2 choices on how you use your card. You may either pay a small "fee" everytime you use your card (Credit transaction is $1.00 per transaction, Debit transaction is $2.00 per, ATM withdrwal is $3.00 per withdrawl), OR (and here is why you are out $10.00)***You pay a monthly fee of $10.00 to get unlimited transaction per month instead of the above paying 1 dollar here and 2 dollars there each and everytime you use your card. So I am at a loss as why the represenitive would not know why or where the extra $10.00 went. Let me guess they did not speak very good english and probably did not really understand your issue or they should be fired for not knowing(what I am sure) is a daily accurence about their "FEES' and people calling in all the time wanting explinations about them. So if you use it a couple of times a month and that is all pay as you go, or $10.00 is a great deal if you use it many times each and everyday. I hope this clears it up and as to why the rep. would not know such a basic question is beyond me. Thanks,
Jeffrey Copeland
