filed 2013 taxes online at turbotax.com and chose direct deposit to a netspend card (on turbotax.com). got a message that the card would be recieved by Feb 5, 2014. 

got a later message that the refund would be applied on Feb 6, 2014.

the refund was purportedly applied to the netspend card, but the card was never received.

called netspend and was told it could take up to 10 business days, today is the 1th day. mail has been delievered, no card! 

called netspend and was told to wait until the end of the day (even thought the mail has already been delievered) if the card does not arrive, to call back and they would expedite a card. 

an expedited card will take 4 MORE BUSINESS days !!

netspend snd turbotax seem to be running a scam together.
