A COMPANY TOOK FUNDS OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 1/30/17, I FILED A CLAIM WITH NETSPEND ON 2/1/17.  THEY TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING AND FUNDS WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AS A PROVISIONAL CREDIT IN 5 TO 10 DAYS.  THE TIME WENT BY AND NO $ SO I CALLED AND THEY SAID EMAIL/DISPUTE LETTER WAS A DAY LATE SO NOT CREDIT TILL CLAIM IS COMPLETE WHICH WOULD BE 3/17/17. 

CLAIM WAS COMPLETE AND I RECEIVED EMAILS AND MESSAGES STATING I WON MY CLAIM AND THE 408.60 WOULD BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT AND IT WAS FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS...THEY TOOK IT BACK OUT SAID THAT THE COMPANY THAT OWED ME THE MONEY WILL BE REFUNDING IT TO ME....NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING.  AFTER SPENDING A WHOLE DAY ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERVISOR THEY SAID SOMEONE FROM DISPUTE DEPARTMENT WOULD CALL ME BEFORE 5PM CENTRAL TIME SAME DAY....GUESS WHAT...NO CALL. 

I THEN CALLED BACK AND THEY NOW ARE TELLING ME IT WILL BE NEXT WEEK.  I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THAT TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS NEVER A DISPUTE FROM NETSPEND RECEIVED AND THERE IS NO REFUND COMING BACK PER WHAT NETSPEND TOLD ME.
