I had purchace what I thought was a reload pac. When I got home I realzed it was another card. Since I was in my overdraft grace period I asked them to put that money on my original card, This started on 7-6-15. I kept being told that it would be added within 4 bussiness hour. this never happen. so They added a $15.00 charge to my card. they were called every day till 7/14. I was was to send a copy of my ss, picture id, and a current bill. and the problem would be taken care of in 6 hours. 7/15 I go online to see if it was taken care of,only to find they had closed my account. since the routing # given to me belonged to meta bank I called them. They told me that they had nothing to do with netspend. So now I sit here without the money I put in ,plus I haven't seen my disability or surviver money yet on 7/27/15. I'm without food and gas. They have shut down my life.
