Network Agenda continues to charge my bak account after cancelling my account St. George Utah
Network agenda was a hidden agreement when I ordered a grant CD.
when I cancelled the CD I had cancelled everyhting but Network agenda
is charging me for their website even when I never heard of them.
I have posted comments on their website and have no response.
Also when you try to call them their mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate an account for Erin. Erin, Network Agenda is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for a free informational CD. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Network Agenda's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to then end of the trial period or anytime thereafter. If you call this number you should get a friendly helpful agent that will be happy to help you with your account.
