Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I dropped off my damaged computer to this store Network @ IT Solutions in June.  I asked the owner, Mr. Ruell if he could retireve the photos and documents.  He assured me he could if I purchased a flash card for him to use.  On June 13th, I gave him the flash card and he told me to come back the next day to pick up the card.  When I returned, he had only copied pictures and I asked him about all my business documents.  He told me he could not find any documents .  He asked me to step into the repair room and he hooked up my hard drive to his system.  He then found the document files.  He asked me to come back in 2 days.  I have been coming to his store every week since mid June.  His employees are clueless and can never tell you where your product is.  Mr Ruell never returns phone calls and even if you find him in the store he has an excuse.  On Saturday August 6th I stopped in AGAIN and Mr Ruell himself told me he "thinks" his former intern stole my information.  He assured me he was going to contact her and call me on August 8th.  He did not so I went to the Westfield Police Station to file a stolen property report.  They contacted Mr. Ruell and he told them that he has my files and will be calling me today, which is August 10th.  We'll see.  From his past history I can tell you that he is most unreliable and a poor businessman.  He cannot be trusted.  I am concerned that the college students returning in the fall will use his business for computer repairs.  They will most certainly be RIPPED OFF.

The facts that the owner listed in his rebuttal are rather amusing.  I guess he forgot that when he told me he thought his intern stole the files, I asked him if he reported it to the police.   He said no, so I went to the Westfield Police to report it in case this became a problem with stolen identity.  Its all in writing at the police station and it does not jive with his version.

The police said to me. "you know he really is a pretty nice guy (actually he was) and all of this could have been avoided if he just admitted that he made a mistake",    I agreed , I told them it wasn't an issue of me paying for anything, I just wanted the job done and I felt that 8 weeks of excuses and clueless employees were rather unprofessional.  The store  never had a flash drive with information to pick up.   Thats why I went to his store every morning week after week to pick up my drive.   When the police went to see him they told him to use the flash drive I provided, send it registered mail which he did, and call me to tell me it was in the mail and he did that too.  The flash drive he sent me registered mail was the one I orginally provided because I put my name on it and that is EXACTLY the one he sent me.  I have the paperwork and store receipts from him to prove it.  I was never abusive and all of this can be verified at the police department.

This customer that came in for her information. had already picked up all her information on a flash drive that she provided. She then came in a few weeks later demanding her flash drive and information (I can only assume that she lost the flash drive, as she was not very computer savy). I purchased another flash drive (at my cost) and then proceeded to run a data recovery (at my cost) to try to recover all of her data....again. I put the data on her flash drive and mailed it to her (i did not want her stepping foot into my shop, as she was very abusive and did not want to hear that she may have lost her flash drive). She received her data and then threated to leave bad reviews on the internet. I have been in business for over 10 years and have very few complaints. We always try our best to resolve issues directly with customers, but with some people there is just no pleasing them....and this is one of those people.

I am pleased to say the owner of the store has sent me my flash drive back with some of the files and photos on it.  He did finally follow through on his word and call my home, thanks to a little pressure from the police department.  However, he only copied some of the files and photos from 2010 and 2011 and they go back to 2005.  This I shall still try to settle.  I do find it interesting that he told me he "lost" my flash drive and he "thinks" my his intern stole it because the one he sent back to me is my original flash drive.
