Product never delivered, it was shipped to the correct address but wrong zip code. Called bk to have it shipped out again w correct zip and it was still shipped to the wrong one. Stayed on the ph for over an hour to repeat the same info over and over. Finally spoke w management thag informed me they would call bk in two days to discuss refund because i was under committment. Was told if they refunded fhat day it would charge me the $99 fee. After 30 more minutes of trying to make her understand how they messed up she finally refunded me my money. And that was also after she told me there was a ticketing process to talk to a manager that could approve the refund.
