Netzero ripoff have charged my bank account $14.95 never have used their service. Internet
I am very upset that I tried to install netzero at home but my pc has a bad modem. I then called netzero to cancel the service since I can not use my computer and was given a reference #14716462 to cancel and I asked for a refund and I am given the run arounds. I would just like to get my money back like any other consumer would and a good business would refund if customer is not satisfied.
