On 23 May ,i purchased Konstantin Grek's 'Stock Neuromaster 2.4 PRO ' software for $297 through sales & [email protected] ,as he promised that there's 30 days 100% moneyback guarantee .After a quick test,finding it does not support the stock i trade,i requested a full refund after a week purchase .On 10 Jun Neuromaster Software Support informed me that he has forwarded the refund request to their billing department and on 02 jul he replied he's got the confirmation that the refund has been processed "few days ago". Patiently i had been waiting for the refund arrival.1 week passed,2 weeks passed,One month passed.I heard nothing. My patience was pretty well exhausted.Then I sent 2 different emails to Grek c/o [email protected] to make a strong complaint upon this behavior of Grek but they gave me no reply. It was not until 21 AUg that [email protected] informed me that "the check has been sent to you 2 weeks ago".Was it true? I was not sure.I inquired my bank about it,the bank confirmed that the check did not arrive at all. Obviously Konstatin Grek has been lying to me!Definitely he has been intent on dishonoring the refund! He does things the way scammers do! This made me noting 2 severe points of Grek's bad behaviors in selling Stock Neuromaster2.4: .the trial" version 1.33 is no longer supported/functional" at all. .concealing more than 60% lost trades of Stock Neuromaster2.4 in some situations while crowing about his ability to achieve 87% winning trades . What is Konstatin Grek like? A liar or a thief or a fraud or a scammer? Whatever,better Keep away from him. Respectfully Submitted,

I too did not do my due diligence and went into the Bitcoin Members Club (BMC) that included the software Neuromaster. My initial payment system didn't process so Cecil Robles (CEO og BMC) sent me an email telling me about it and that there couldn't be a refund: I sighed and was glad I missed the bullet. A week later my bank account was charged $1,997.00 from Neuromaster. I am pissed.
I will get my money back.... The Neuromaster software has been renamed Genesis something (I don't have the exact name since I deleted it from my computer). The BMC might work for some but I already knew everything they had to offer. I'm reserving my judgment for now as the charge on my bank account was just discovered. If I don't get my money back from Cecil Robles the CEO of all this I will go online and let it be known...just the truth and nothing but the truth so help me God.
