I dont know how many times you want to go back and forth on this saying the same thing.

You had the opportunity to cancel AUTOMATICALLY both on the site, and within your own Paypal account within the 7 day period.  I have nothing to do with your inability to follow the directions. 

That being said, you suffered NO financial loss. You lied to our bank saying we FRAUDULENTLY charged you. This is simply not true. You caused us harm to our banking reputation. 

Excuse me, but you started this negative smear campaign of your false accusations before I ever posted a reply. to this day you are still posting negative comments about me across the internet with your associate.

You have been abusive to myself, and my staff. You have not acted in a professional manner. Hence I put you on our company blacklist not to do business with.  I will not do business with you, nor do I recommend anyone to deal with you and your company.

I cannot beleve you are still going on about this. You suffered NO financial loss. You were refunded yoru 69 dollars by Paypal.  You in fact  LIED to our  merchant processor accusing us of fraud and making unauthorized charges.

Now, you admit to using our services.  Now you complain about the cancellation policy.  You had every opportunity to cancel within the trial period.  I have to ask that if you knew the moment that you download the data, that the REOs are of course listed with agents, then why did you not cancel then?

   I ordered something from you, I never used it (I DON'T NEED YOUR MLS LISTINGS, I'M A REALTOR), I believed I was within the 7 days to my right of cancellation.  I then emailed you to cancel and wanted my $69 that was already charged before my 7 day trial was up, you refused stating that I was past my 7 days, we went back and forth via email for a while.  I then contacted Paypal to dispute the charges, I told them that I was within my 7 days of cancellation and sent them the info I have attached to this RipOff report and they decided the case in my favor.  I then find out my email address is on your website stating that I mirepresented myself to you and to warn others against doing business with me.  I then contacted you to have my information removed from your website, you then proceed to add more of my business contact information to it.  Then you decide to escalate the issue to Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer stating that I misrepresented myself.  I then contacted you again and you said you would be willing to leave it alone, then shortly thereafter, you reposted to pissed consumer again.  Now, whoever is paying attention to this this is all over $69 and a monthly recurring charge of $69.  I have never communicated with anyone else other than you Duncan, I have never communicated with anyone else asides from you, stop the lies and deceit.  This smear campaign was initiated over $69, if you really need money that badly, I will send you the $69.  I have attached the email stating that you were willing to let this go, but you haven't upheld your end of the bargain, now I ask you again, is this done?

   To Whom it may concern,

  I was doing real estate research on YouTube and came across this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IY27ifLhK1s  The gentleman who is filing this reports name is Duncan Wierman.  The link on Youtube points to his website for a rapid offer generator ( http://rapidoffergenerator.com/ )and what the software does is get you involved with wholesaling, where you can generate a whole lot of offers on a whole lot of listed properties. 
Duncan isnt a proprietary source for these supposed leads hes saying that I circumvented him to get to the leads, to act as a broker, which I dont have to, the leads on his software program are just plain old MLS listings and theyre listed by Realtors.  (Please watch the Youtube Video, the matrix actually says Jason Benham of Benham Real Estate, this was 17 seconds into the video)  He also stated that I took his leads and tried to broker them, sorry Duncan I dont need you or your software to broker MLS listings. 
What the program does is allow you to pull up the listing contact information so you can mass spam all of the listing agents/sellers with your proposal/offer. Im a Realtor and I dont need a Rapid Offer Generator Program because I have access to the MLS and can access the sellers/listing agents directly. Basically, I dont need his software for ANY reason.   On another note, this program would probably be great for someone who doesnt have MLS access or access to a Realtor. 

Now onto the actual payments from me; I ordered the rapid offer generator software (Its not even software, its web based) on September 24th 2012, I thought it was access to a program I could incorporate my MLS into, but unfortunately it wasnt, I then contacted Duncan directly on Oct 1st 2012, his website stated you can try out the software for 7 days, and have a right to a full refund (Please view the image attached directly from his website, http://rapidoffergenerator.com/ ), I was charged for the software at 12:01 AM on the 7th day of my trial.  (I have attached the email correspondence with Duncan in the form of jpgs)  After a volley of emails back and forth he wasnt going to give my money back, I contacted PayPal and they promptly refunded my money with no hassle whatsoever.   

            Clients who have worked with me in the past know that I believe in the good of the world and that the world is really too small of a place to go around messing with/screwing people over.  I am a strong advocate with doing right and holding people accountable to their promises, especially in Duncan's case and his 7 day guarantee.  I now wanted to turn the conversation back to Duncan Wierman, Im not sure what youre going through, I know life can be downright frustrating at times, but I came to you in good faith and expected you to honor your refund policy, you even put my information on a blacklist that has nothing to do with this transaction, I know I didnt do anything to you that would justify this kind of retaliation asides from asking for my $69 back, if its that big of an issue and you really need the money that badly, I will be more than happy to send it to you.  If anyone has any questions about this, please feel free to contact me directly.  Thx.
