I updated my original report yesterday after receiving a threatening phone call from Michael Hilliard. However, my update included too much colorful language; therefore, it was not posted. Mr. Hilliard telephoned yesterday because one of his people pointed out what I had written earlier, and his oral diatribe was also a bit colorful. He apparently called to intimidate, threaten, and frighten me, and it worked about as well as a firecracker in a foxhole. He said it was obvious he was dealing with an idiot and that his attorney would be in touch because he intended to sue me for slander. Actually, if he had any inkling of what he was talking about, he should be suing me for libel, since my comments up to that time had been written. (And I'm the one who's an idiot?) To bring you up to date, he has offered to return the $79 I originally paid, but he denies ever taking the $250. I was able to retrieve a copy of the transaction from my bank this morning, and the money was sent to "Hillionaires". This is his own company which brags on his website that he takes ordinary people and makes millionaires out of them with his programs and assistance; hence the term "hillionaires". Since he invited me to prove that he got the money and gave me his fax number to send the verifying documents, I plan to do just that. I will also request that the $250, as well as the $79, be refunded. Don't anyone hold your breath till that happens! None of us will be able to get our money back from Mr. Hilliard unless he is forced by law to do so, and even then, I doubt if he would be honorable enough to comply. I really don't know if this update will be published either, but it should be, in remembrance of all of you who have lost much more money than I did. My total losses, including the advertising company, Aggressive Advertising, is only a little over $1800, and I have noted that many of you lost far more than that. Although I know Michael Hillard is mixed up in some way with Aggressive Advertising, I have not yet been able to prove it. Therefore, I think the money paid to them is lost forever. I don't know how the rest of you feel, but I feel this man should never be able to swindle anyone again. Class action suit maybe? FYI--My telephone number is (((redACTED))). Hilliard called me from 602-344-0322 and his fax number is 602-344-0325. Well, well! Michael Hilliard finally telephoned me about 2 hours ago after someone called my prior report to his attention, and he indignantly denies everything! He even claimed he wasn't the one who took my $250 and absolutely refutes any association with the advertising company which took the $1500 from me. I have bank records which plainly show the $250 went to "Hillionaires". This is HIS COMPANY, which claims to take little people and make millionaires out of them; hence, "hillionaires". The only thing he takes from the little people is their money, for which they receive NOTHING! The main reason I'm adding this to my prior report is not to further discredit Hilliard. That's already been done rather admirably by the multitudes of others who have been scammed by him. However, Mr. Hilliard called me today for the express purpose of intimidating and frightening me, failing miserably by the way, but I'm not fond of being threatened by the likes of him. He also said that he could tell that he was talking to someone who is totally ignorant; then, he threatened to sue me for slander. However, since my comments were written, I think he must have meant libel. (And I'm the one who's ignorant?) I can hardly wait to see his 32 year old a*s in MY County Court House. As a matter of fact, the Judges here will probably enjoy nailing that a*s of his to the nearest light pole. Mr. Hilliard said that if I was so dissatisfied, why didn't I sue him? I hadn't really entertained the idea at that point because of the cost, but now that I think about it, would anyone else be interested in a class action suit against this slimy creature? If so, get back with me, and I will research the feasibility of such an action. There are enough of us "scammees" to really make a difference, and if we all stick together, we might actually make a substantial dent in his shady shenanigans. I don't think anyone in any jurisdiction has respect for a person who consistently scams people, then runs to hide behind a new identity as soon as the old one catches up with him. Please note the number of businesses he either has, or has had, which have operated in exactly the same way. He's not only a scammer, he's a career scammer! I'm sure I'll hear from Mr. Hilliard's attorney soon. At least, he said I would. But who I REALLY want to hear from is all of you who have considerably less money now, thanks to Hilliard. Let's look into it, folks!
