ok spent all day on the phone to Washington DC TAllahasse FLA and Miami here is the deal the FBI is more than willing to take complaints and other agencies based in Florida I will provide all the pertinent numbers email addresses and fas numbers and what they need from US as the ripped off consumers
to contact the FBI Fraud division email to ic3.gov and title it New Healthy Savings they have a fraud report on their site if you need to CALL them their number is 1-800-251-7581next Florida Consumer Affairs number is 850-488-2221 but they also would like you to use their web site to access complaint form it is 800HELPFLA.com ( actually I wrote down the info while driving in my car and if that doesn't work try writing out Florida) access and fill out the form their number is 305-375-4222
next is BBB of southeast FLA their address is 2924 N Australian Ave W Palm Beach, Fla 33407 if you want to file a snail mail report to access online it is BBBSoutheastFlorida.org thier fax numbe is 561-845-7234 they would like as complete info as possible but they need you to contact NHS and receive no resolution before they can actually do anything. their phone number is 561-842-1918 I would REALLY hope that this is help to those of you out there who have been fleeced as I have according to the FBI they have only started receiving complaints as of Feb they believe it is a fairly new venture and also ALL of the complaints have been from out of state so they feel they are not utilizing Florida emails to avoid quicker prosecution.
