WELL, You seem to have alot to say now... Where were you when I was trying to get the support and training promised by your representative??? How DARE you question my work ethic and intelligence!!! Perhaps you disclosed all necessary to get people on board with your company, but the support after the fact was abismal!!! No returned phone calls, emails and little or no training to help get this off the ground once you received the commission check for placing the terminal... I in no way expected this to be easy, or on auto pilot, but your reps claimed your company had the expertise to make this into a viable business. I accept ownership for making some mistakes initially, as anyone does when starting out. Your company claims to be "My business partner" and I found that to be seriously lacking. Northern Leasing would not be so willing to let people out of their 4 year leases if there was not just cause in their minds. I also find the BBB reports on them you sent to be irrelivant. I am chalking this up to a life learning experience to be filed for future reference. No matter what we type back and forth we will always disagree...

Richard, I Do remember you and I remember your situation. I'm sure you forgot that Miss King & I fought Diligently for a Refund of YOUR Mistake on "Free Listing" Day. You were told PRIOR to your listings, that Enhanced Features Buttons You Checked, WILL COST MORE WHEN YOU LIST. Overstock.com DISCLOSED Those fees PRIOR To Charging you and you STILL Clicked I Accept! I Spent Hours and Hours on the phone fighting for you! As far as Northern Leasing, I am not sure why they are involved with your account. We had a Lease Agreement with MBF Leasing. There was NO Misrepresentation since The Owners Lori Leflein, Brian Fitzgerald & Bill Healy were briefed about the types of business we specialise in (Home Based / Internet / Start up Business)and they okayed it. Please be aware that we are not a part of EIS, we are an option for merchant services if you choose. It clearly stated you did NOT need to use our services. Also be aware Northern Leasing hasd overt 230 Negative Feedback on the OFFICIAL BBB Website, and they received a Poor Rating from them: (copy & Paste into your browser) http://www.bbbnewyork.org/businessreports/Default.aspx?id=37657&page=1&NameValue=Northern%20Leasing&action=search1 This whole Mess with Northern Leasing / MBF Leasing is outrageous! This is nothing more then a "Witch Hunt" that my attorneys are going to seek compensation from ALL PARTIES THAT ARE SLANDERING MY COMPANY! We Broke NO Laws! We Disclosed ALL Contract Terms & Conditions Before, during and after signing. These accusations are Frivolous and Discriminated. I have retained a Law Firm that Specializes in these areas. Richard, I'm sorry your experience with your business was a bust. But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. Again we broke no laws or misrepresented anyone.

"Mr Lipski was the owner of a (ISO) Independent Sales Organization". Why do you think they are ISO's? Read: We can disavow what he says or does. "NE made the decision to end our relationship with Mr lipski as we were not comfortable with some of his business pratices". Some of the practices I mentioned in one of my posts. While in this particular situation, it worked out, as long as your ISO's continue to conduct business in such a manner we will continue to have these problems.

After my first posting re: EIS/New Marketing Services to this website, a rebuttal followed above from Amy Tanguay at Northern Leasing regarding my report. Amy was very proactive to my complaint, and was also equally concerned with my experience. She made it very clear to me that Northern Leasing was a seperate entity to EIS, New Marketing Services, and was only the provider of the lease for the processing machine. As she stated in her response to me above, they are no longer doing business with Mr. Lipski. I forwarded all of my documentation, including my attempts to contact EIS and Mr. Lipski showing that I have indeed tried unsuccessfully to resolve my dissatisfaction with this endeaver. Northern Leasing has terminated my lease for the processing terminal and it looks as though I am on my way out of this fiasco... It is a pleasant surprise these days that a Company such as Northern Leasing takes pride in their reputation, and has Employees like Amy to insure their good name is properly represented. Thank You Amy, and Thank You Northern Leasing!!!

Mr. Lipski, I appreciate your response however, I have tried since early 2005 to contact you through my so called "Business Partners". I have sent messages to the "support" email address, and yes, even to you directly at your aol address. The truth is, you know of me. Leigh King reported to you, my $900.00 listing fees to Overstock.com. By the way, the day I incurred all of the fees was supposed to be a "free listing day". I acted with her guidance. I have asked NUMEROUS times to be relieved of this Credit Card Processing Machine. Which as YOU well know is not needed to do ANY online business. Your Company is still persuing me through emails claiming you have job openings, or career opportunities. When I click to investigate it takes me to EIS. That is just wrong.... I am a very intelligent person who was looking to offset the fact that my wife had to quit work and go on disability. I needed to get a second income stream going. I have not been able to sell ANY of the bogus products offered by the dropshippers your company provided to me. ALL I have gotten is deeper in debt

MBF/Northern Leasing would like to speak with you further regarding your complaint. Please feel free to contact me directly at (212)-457-8564 or Toll Free at 800-683-5433, ext. 8564.
