Well, the fact that your cancelation was not processed is no big mystery, considering you emailed the WRONG address. The CORRECT address is [email protected] Furthermore, the terms and conditions are provided on BOTH web pages that you had been entering your information. That is where a company's legal obligations end. We, as most other companies out there, are regulated by the FTC, and also required by law to provide the terms of membership to our customers prior to their registration. However, it is beyond our control whether the customer actually READS these or not. That is YOUR responsibility. Stop blaming others for your neglect to detail and irresponsible credit card usage.
