New World Nutra Fraudulent use of credit card Pendleton IN
I authorized a company going by the nane of ABSOLUTE CREAM to charge my card a $4.95 shipping fee to mail me a sample of their product. I reviewed this website with a fine tooth comb and there was nothing mentioned about a reocurring monthly charge. Before I new it there was $87.99 and $95.99 charged to my card.
My credit card company stated they were not able to find this company in an attempt to have the funds refunded. I advised my card holder the original website is no longer out there on the internet and I refuse to pay for something not authorized and something, whatever it was to have been, NOT RECEIVED.
The burden of proof came back to the customer. My card company, SEARS, wanted me to show them a copy of the website where there was no authorization to charge my account. "Well, that sounds fair. How can I show them the ad, if the ad was pulled off the web"
Unfortunately, Sears lost a good customer and if ABSOLUTE CREAM exist and is out there, "YOU CAN BITE ME!"
