placed an order with the company on January 21st 2008, received email confirmation with transaction id number. Credit card was charged on Jan. 22nd 2008. It's now Feb. 23rd and still have not received order. Have tried phone number on website several times with no answer. sent several emails with no response. Websites states orders sent out within 24 to 72 hours. In a nutshell, the sold and charged for items that have never been receivd or possibly never really existed!
