On June 7, 2017, I wired the money $42000 to Steven (Owner of M.C.H Auto) which is the subagent for NYJC. The money was for 18 people round trip from LA to Las Vegas on June 15. We booked for 3 pm flight but they said the flight won't be ready until 5 pm. By 5 pm there wasn't any car to pick us up to the airport and we started to panic. They keep pushing it to a later departure time and told us 6 pm for sure no problem. Until 7:30 pm we took taxi to the company and they said there wasn't any jet available for 18 people, and blame us that we paid too late (I paid in 2 weeks in advance). Therefore, we had to take Uber to Las Vegas so we don't miss our meeting that night. On the return trip to LA from Vegas, the jet was only provided for 13 seats not 18, and we paid for the 18 price. Until today, Aug. 12, I tried to contact Eldad the owner which he left NYJC according to CEO Spring Saunders after the incident. (Such a coincident right? ) when I ask Spring to refund my money, and she said she can't help me and let me go talk to Steven. Then Steven is pushing me to Jerry Mao. According to Steven, Jerry Mao is working with NYJC but now after this case Jerry don't want to claim that he is with NYJC and none of them want to take responsibility for the damage. Even if it was half trip of money, I still should get my $21000 back but nothing until now. Eldad just disappears after they got the money especially cash or wire transfer. They try to use this method and scam many many people, and try to get away. If you book with them, no jet will show up, or they will try give you the cheaper one to rip you off! This whole thing cost me not just the trip money, but my reputation, and my other huge initial loss. I will work with lawyer and FBI for the justice, and I really don't want other innocent people to get scammed and fraud by them ever!
