I called Newport News today to return a pair of shorts that was not sized correctly like most of their clothing. It was the second time that I was returning the same merchandise that did not fit due to incorrect sizing by this company.

The customer service rep I spoke with was eating while I talked with her and did not answer my questions of returning them due to finishing whatever it was she was eating. DISGUSTING!

I informed her that I needed a postage paid stamp sent to me because I wanted to return the shorts and had lost the one I must have been sent. She answered rudely that "they do not do that anymore." I then asked her how I would get credit for these shorts since I no longer have a FCNB credit card (no one does due to Newport News) and had charged the shorts to the FCNB card. She said the credit would still go on that card. I told her I paid off FCNB and my account is closed. She then gave me to a "supervisor" who said it would still go to FCNB and they would have to credit me.

I no longer want ANYTHING to do with FCNB (rip-off company) and told the "supervisor" that. As a long-time customer I thought she would credit me some other way but she would not. She told me to take it up with FCNB. I told her I would not go there again and cancelled my pending order with Newport News by her. She said that was "fine" with her and had an attitude that made it clear that she could "care less" about losing me as a customer. Very sad company and I doubt they will continue to be business much longer!
