I have been experiancing the same problems of the other postings. The accursed late fees even though you mail the payment 9 days before. I convieniantly get charged for late fees the next day after the due date no matter how early I send the payment. The principle on the card is hard to pay down as there always is some finance charge, yearly membership fee to take the extra money leftover from the high interest fees.

Last December they returned my check sent to pay my balances for no apparent reason, did not contact me, nor put it on my January billing statement, then waited till now to charge me with the late fees, overlimit fees, ect including 195 dollars for some purchase that I have no idea what for since my account is closed.

The are calling and harrassing me 3-5 times a day over this situation, of course do not know what the 195 bucks charged to me is for, and ofcourse wanting triple the amount of my monthly bill because of all the fee for essentially what is thier fault. My bank even said Nextcard returned my December payment for no apparent reason. I think they did it just to make more cash from extra fees.

I am quite disgusted with the current owners, their customer service, business prectices, and it is sad we all must suffer because of this sitution. If any lawyers, government watchdogs, ect read this all I can say is please take care of this company as they are victimizing their customers with their practices.
