Below is my 20th email to customer service to cancel per our verbal agreement that you pay 2 months services if for any reason it is not working as you need it. Tracks are not accurate, not user friendly and you need a dedicated person to manage. 

If I had not had back up on the per employee charge I would be paying $5 per employee extra as they were not willing to budge until I found the email. Do not stand by their sales persons statements.

I did not record our webinar…..but he knows what was said. I have 2 witnesses to his statement and am willing to go to court over this.

Just like he also said it was all inclusive pricing during the webinar and when we added employees the tried to charge us extra. Luckily I had reiterated the all-inclusive by email so I had back up on that. Shame on me for taking his word on anything.

Total waist of company resources. I asked you to remove the Nextraq connect it’s still there. There is also another invoice #FCH014824 for 57.49 no idea what that is for but I will not pay it or any other invoices moving forward.
