this customer order a 45 inch lcd tv, at the time he placed the order he was informed to open and inspect the shipment for damage which he agreed to do. at time of delivery no inspection was made and it happened to be the unit was damaged when he opened it 2 days latter (the shipping claim was automatically denied). we informed the customer that we would reship him a new tv within 3-5 days, he informed us that he did not want a new tv and just wanted to cancel the order. we agreed and refunded his card. he was refunded the full amount we lost the sale and the tv because of this customer. we also have no affiliation with nextstepplasma.com

Henry called and informed that he is going to give the refund. Will update this shortly if that happens. Also, will update my blog on the whole issue.
