Complaint Review: Ney Hoffecker & Erck - Atlanta Georgia

In my opinion this is one criminal of a lawyer...A real Thief.... William Brent Ney received advance fees and failed to do the promised work. Actually he took the money then withdrew from the case without do the promise work. It's true William Brent Ney Is a Rip off King. I recently used William's services for Family Court. He came off as an attorney that will fight for your Constitutional Rights and to Protect your Rights and your children rights.

But I found out quick that he was only after the MONEY. After charging me a flat fee, which was paid and full, William canceled important hearings without noticing me which was the first sign of trouble. His state many false claims on his website: "We navigate our clients throughout the entire process, staying in contact with them and remaining at their side until we find resolution to their cases". I understand from your earlier email to Ms. Hayle that you consent to the withdraw. If this is incorrect, please let me know, and I will bring this issue to the Court's attention. Please note that the Temporary Hearing previously scheduled for July 22, 2014 is being taken off the calendar. You will need to request a new date from the Court. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. I wish you the best of luck.

Mr. Little: You don't understand. We are withdrawing from your case one way or the other. If you have an issue with the payment, you can either file a legal action against my law firm or a fee arbitration request with the State Bar of Georgia. However, you should be prepaed wither to retain a different attorney or try the case pro se.  From my experience this is simply not true, Yes he will find a resolution which is to withdraw from your case. He cares for his client as long as he can milk money from You. During a withdraw hearing I was surprised that he didn't respect his code of ethic by spewing fraudulent lies upon lies about the client that he suppose to care for. He even suggested to the that i wanted him to commit a crime to the Judge  and that he has spent over $10, 000 worth of time on my case even though he charge a flat fee. Not one paper was file on my behalf. Oh except the motion to withdraw which is all the work that this firm did.

As a Malpractice law he feels that He is Above the Law. Please Watch out for his Contracts that he have you sign upon agreeing to representation. He likes to tell you to sue in him arbitration when he runs off with your money, because he knows his way around Malpractice Claims and would love to keep his crooked dealing out of jury trials. His Last stunt happened just yesterday....William called me from court to see if I was coming, upon calling him back I received a text message that Read "You failed to appear for Court this morning. The Court has issued a bench warrant for your arrest. Also, the Court let us out of the case. We are no longer your attorneys. For what it is worth, I understand that if you voluntarily surrender and pay a fine of $500, the Court may cancel the warrant. Good luck." Luckily for me I was outside the court door when I this received this Text. I hope that when you think about representation for litigation. You think about your right not to thrown under the bus from attorney, Its a scary feeling to pay to be Seduced and Deceived form your attorney. Don't make the mistake I made.... They say there are a million ways to throw away your money and I having first hand knowledge of this firm and its players to give you this dire warning....There are other firms that have better client care...Chose wisely....especially from a firm who primary focus is dealing with corrupt attorneys because it take one to know one. William uses deceptive trade practices and bait and switch tactics practiced but he advertise I am a consumer protection lawyer with experience and INTEGRITY.
