NFL Shop Untrustworthy Nationwide
I order a pull over and hat from NFLShop and was very satisfied how quickly the process went. I also paid $15 for the two day delivery because I was going to an event and wanted to represent my team; I placed the order on Sunday and when Wednesday came I inquired about my order via Live Chat. They told me I will not receive my order til Friday and tried to convince me that was the two day shipping. Bull! To date, I have not received my package and when I tried Live Chat I received an auto email about my response was received and someone will get back to me. A day later, no contact, no calls, no refund of my two day shipping, nothing. Everyday I send my inquiry about where is my package, no response. I will never order from them again.
